REFLECTION
Experience
In this 3 weeks, since almost all my teammates are seniors, i learnt a lot from them. The way we came out with either tasks was truly a process worth working for. We began by thoroughly understanding our client's needs, then shaping brand identity by doing some insight discovery and etc. All of us also communicated well (teammates and client, teammates with teammates) which helped this whole process.
Observation
During our research, at first i find it quite challenging since i've never handle such real client which is a pretty big deal although it's also a student but we were thought to start maintaining our professionalism. It was also hard for us in the beginning since the project we're handling isn't just simple marketing and all but things that also requires legal matter. But after quite some time (communicating with clients) we figure things out step by step then finally everything and everyone is clear about the project.
Findings
In these few weeks i find that the insights gleaned from the empathy mapping exercise significantly influenced our strategy for crafting QuantoCube. Through a comprehensive understanding of the intricate needs, emotions, communication styles, trust elements, and technological aptitude of homeowners and contractors alike, we crafted a user-centric app that effectively caters to the diverse requirements of our audience, resulting in a more impactful solution.
