Week 1

For week 1, we asked Mr.Mike about when to contact Ms.Natasha and should we do it ourselves since we already have the contact. Client meeting and meeting with product designer (Ms Natasha) will be set up for us during week 2

Update : Client had an emergency and is unable to meet us week 2, meeting with client will be delayed to week 3.

Week 2

This week, Felicia and I worked on the interview questions as well as looking for interviewees for us to interview regarding their experience in using breast pumps while also asking them about their preference for a brand new breast pump design. 

Week 3

For this week, I had arranged a meeting with two of the client that I had contacted previously. Both Me and Felicia attended the meeting and had written the transcript plus recorded the interview. We also compiled the entire thing in one Word file.

Week 4

As for this week, Felicia and I had finished our interviews (3 people in total). We also did feedback regarding transcript from Mr.Mike and had to fix some of it. I discovered that an effective interview process involves selecting interviewees with suitable and consistent backgrounds, using scripted interviews with a few scenarios, and presenting these scenarios in layman's terms for easy understanding. This approach is crucial for obtaining genuine responses that help identify their core pain points and needs for future improvements.

Week 10

Felicia and I had to start scripting the promotional video lines and scenes before we need to start recording for the shoots. In addition, we have also bought the preps and done some recording test before hands.

Week 11

This week we had borrowed a studio to start recording our video for the advertisement. We did multiple takes with different scenes. At the end, we also borrowed a mannequin from the fashion studios for a prop in our video.

Week 12

We had finished all editing, cuts, and blue screens edit all together this week add with audios and texts ready for submission date and presentation.
