Hand sculpting was quite a challenge for me, at first i tried doing it with square mesh as the base, but it doesn't work for me, then i also tried another method i watched from youtube but then that was the final result as much as i can go for the hand sculpting. I had the most fun during torso sculpting but encountered some early problem like on the arms section and back, I also went too far ahead and remesh it quite a lot and then its hard to change some things by then.

Project 1

my character is based on the game love and deepspace, i tried doing it according to that body proportion and artstyle hoping i have enough time to achieve that nice built, but i still have lots of things to learn and thats as far as i can go with at this point..

Project 2 & Final

3d is definitely not my passion, but i tried and gave up :) No but really during the sculpting and while watching all the tutorials i gained a lot of new knowledge, perhaps next time if i had more time then  things might turn out differently?

Reflection

In the beginning of the module, i was quite scared... bc most of the time i have problem within the software, and then i learn it all again from the start by watching lots of youtube tutorials for beginner how to sculpt torso, face, hands, clothes, etc.. I've written all the shortcuts and the function of each tools that are used in blender for sculpting and i thought about it a lot while doing sculpting that this might not be for me for now (its not really what i want to do..)

But it has been quite okay, i had fun in torso sculpting i was getting quite the hang of it and thought that this might be it.. but no, combining it with other many modules and other than uni work, i can't focus that much at this sculpting.. Although this is not what i like at the moment, i'm considering to learn more about 3d sculpting IF i have spare time.

Big thanks to Mr. Kannan for guiding me throughout this semester, he was a really great mentor and personally i got inspired many times during his class. His feedbacks and guidance is what push me to be better and never be scared to fail. Overall this module has been a nice experience, although the final wasn't great..
